Foreign employees are registered directly with the employer's company. All registration procedures are officially carried out through the migration center.
To employ foreign citizens, it is necessary to obtain work visas. We assist with the preparation of all required documents and provide support throughout the visa application process.
Foreign employees have the right to decent working conditions, social protection, and the observance of their rights in accordance with Russian labor legislation.
We strictly monitor compliance with all legal requirements, including documentation, visa and migration procedures, as well as working conditions for foreign employees.
Employees are accommodated on the employer's premises, either in dormitories or rented apartments. It is mandatory to provide a shower, laundry facilities, and internet access. All living expenses related to the specialist are covered by the employer.
The employer may organize a centralized food service, but workers are also prepared to cook for themselves using provided or purchased groceries. Typically, their diet consists of vegetables, rice, chicken, eggs, and milk.
The personal income tax (PIT) for a foreign specialist arriving at the employer's premises as a highly qualified specialist is 13%. For employees registered as regular visa or visa-free workers, the tax rate is 30% during the first 6 months and then decreases to 13%.
The average time for organizing the arrival of a foreign employee is between 2 to 3 months, depending on the residency status and the speed of document processing by the migration centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A bank account is opened for each foreign worker, and a bank card is issued to which the salary is transferred twice a month in accordance with labor legislation.
